They are getting old

We had a crazy week last week. Spending a couple days in IF for a funeral, a few days camping with all the Attebury's at Lava Hot Springs, and two birthdays. The funeral was for a woman I love very much so that was emotionally draining. The Attebury reunion was very fun but I didn't take any pictures. We don't get together much so it was fun to see how much all the nieces and nephews have grown and to get to know our new sister-in-law a little bit more.
The two birthdays were very fun. Autumn turned 7! She invited 6 little girls to the movie and then we had lunch at the park. Very fun! Seven is such a cute age, her little group of friends are so fun to be around and to listen to and to enjoy their excitement.

Jill turned one. It is crazy that a year ago I was crying cause I really didn't want another baby and the inevitable was too close. This year I am crying cause she is one and I just want her to be a baby. She enjoyed her birthday and danced along to the singing - you should see her boogie she is definitely the best dancer at our house. She liked the cake once she got over the gooey feeling of the frosting. She first put her hands in the frosting and was not impressed so she leaned her whole face down to get a bite. Too cute! Once she had a taste it was fistfuls to the mouth. She is incredibly sweet and smiles constantly. I was so not ready for another baby, so the Lord sent me a sweet one that would melt my heart. I am sure grateful she is part of my life. Happy Birthday to my girls!
